How to update your profile

The Short Version:

There are three parts to our websites where your image and information is displayed - in the Directory, ACCN Member Lists and in the Forums.

ALL can be accessed via YOUR PROFILE in the Members Section which should display when you log in.

STEPS

# Log in ...... Your Profile Page should display
(If not, click Login again, look left and click Your Profile in the Members' Section)

There are three main sections in Your Profile.

NOTE:
There are waiting times for approval for the first upload of your directory listing and profile image.

1. ALONG THE TOP ... says Community Edit Colleagues Messages

This part of your profile section is the "in-house" control panel where you can UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

Hover over and click EDIT ... UPDATE YOUR PROFILE ... for the following functions
* TAB - portrait - to add or change a profile image (your photo) for use in the ACCN website Forums sections
* TAB - contact information - to change username, password and email address
* TAB - colleagues information - for information in the ACCN Members List and only seen by members
* TAB - shop information - all your contact details for deliveries etc.

NB

* This top section does NOT change anything in your ACCN DIRECTORY LISTING that is seen by the general public.
* Celebrants Colleagues is a "Face Book" for celebrants to link with other ACCN members.

2. IN THE MIDDLE .... YOUR PROFILE IMAGE and other stats information

3. ALONG THE BOTTOM ... says * contact info * colleagues information * forum * directory

This part of your profile section is the "out-house" panel which displays profile information and where you can UPDATE YOUR DIRECTORY INFORMATION

Click the following tabs ... for the following functions
* TAB - contact info - shows your name
* TAB - colleagues information - shows the information in the ACCN Members List from updated profile above
* TAB - forum - shows your posts you wish to follow
* TAB - directory - this is the section where you can edit you Directory entry !!

# Click the Directory tab

There will be two buttons - EDIT and DELETE
This ONE will be repeated in three places to show you where it is displaying
You only need to edit ONCE and the other versions will be updated at the same time

# Click EDIT
# Make changes
# Click SUBMIT ( save)

# Log out when you want.

The quickest way to check where you are is:
Check the Quick List for Marriage Celebrants.

Alternatively you may go back to the DIRECTORY top left tab and hunt around.

The Long Version

Once you have registered, log in at ACCN Login

NB Click 'Remember me' to make logging in easier

The page should open at YOUR PROFILE

If not, go to the 'Members' section
on the LEFT hand side of any page (you may need to scroll down)

Click 'Your Profile'

To edit Your Profile, click EDIT

The drop down menu will look like this.
Click "Update Your Profile'

To check your Contact Information, click on Contact Info, change as required, and
click Update

To check your Shop Information, click on Shop Information, change as required, and click Update

If you wish to participate in our Celebrants Colleagues, load your Colleagues Information

Fill in the details, click Update.
NB If you do not need to chane anything, click CANCEL to exit

NB: The information you input here - can be seen by ONLY other ACCN members here

For example:

Changing the Image (Avatar) on Your Profile Click the drop-down menu to change the image.

If you don't have a suitable image, or would rather use one of our gallery images,
you may click 'Select image from gallery'

Then click 'Update'
Your image will be changed.

To add your own photo or image, click the drop down menu Choose 'Upload profile image'
Then click 'Browse'

Find and click on the image you want in your own computer
Then click 'Open' or 'Select'

Then click 'Update'

Your photo will be changed. (Thanks to Adam for the use of his profile)

NOW you can check your DIRECTORY LISTING from your Profile: click here for Instructions

REMEMBER
You may change your
* Username
* Email
* Password anytime you wish

IMPORTANT:
Please do not change your 'Real' name as we will not be able to verify your paid Membership and associated services.
