There are risks associated with celebrancy.

This GROUP policy covers the period from 4pm 31st August 2010 to 4pm 31st August 2011.

Available to ACCN MEMBERS ONLY. No pro-rata rates apply.

Group insurance cover fees are lower because the TOTAL ABLE TO BE CLAIMED IN THAT POLICY YEAR is by ALL those celebrants listed under the group policy. This is different to Individual policies, where the TOTAL TO ABLE TO BE CLAIMED is by each INDIVIDUAL celebrant.

Information from our insurance agent at OAMPS, who have insured celebrants for the last seven years, is that no claims have been made for either PI or PL under these group policies during that time.

Insurance is about risk - if you are very conservative, you may prefer Individual cover.
If you balance the risk against the cost of insurance, you may prefer Group cover.

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability is $145 pa including $15 administrative fees - no commission is taken however. This is strictly a service for ACCN members.

First time insurees on our policies will be required to fill out this application form to be accepted:
