LOST USERNAME
If you lose or forget your username, you need to know your
* Email address (especially which one, if you have several)
If so, click ACCN Login (second from left on top black menu bar),
Then click "Lost username"
The website will send this to you.
NB You will need to put in the Security Code.
LOST BOTH USERNAME AND PASSWORD
If you do not know your Username or what email you are using,
contact us
and we will retrieve Your Username for you.
We can not retrieve your password.
So when your email us
send a new password if you would like us to set that up
OR
you will need to follow the steps opposite
asking the website to create a gobbledygook one for you,
which you then change in Member's Details.

LOST PASSWORD ONLY
If you lose or forget your password, you need to know your
* Username
* Email address (especially which one, if you have several)
If so, click ACCN Login (second from left on top black menu bar),
and use some of your favourite passwords you may get lucky.
If guessing does not work, click ACCN Login
then click "Lost password"
The website will send you a new gobbledygook password.
NB You will need to put in the Security Code.
Then go back to ACCN Login
use that gobbledygook password to get in
then
go to Members (somewhere on left hand side of every page once you are in)
click
Your Proflie
Hover over Edit
until drop down Menu shows Update Your Profile
Click that.
Then click Contact Information
and reset your password to to something you can remember
and Save
