Australian Celebrants & Celebrations Network (ACCN) Payments

All orders must be prepaid.

Payment Options

Payment may be made via credit card (on-line or by fax or post) or cheque/ money order (by post) or direct deposit.

Credit Cards Accepted

Never send credit card information by ordinary email. If is not safe.

Cards from which we accept payment are:

Otherwise one can buy via the ACCN Shop as it has a Thwaite security certificate.

Australian Celebrants & Celebrations Network (ACCN) Taxes Applicable

Goods and Services Tax ( GST ) is currently not applicable to ACCN products and services purchases.

Australian Celebrants & Celebrations Network (ACCN) Pricing

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

ACCN pricing is carefully monitored by us to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers.

If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

ACCN Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be filled and posted within three weeks of placement of order.

The ACCN Shop is based in a country centre. All Australia orders are posted by Express Post.

Customers should not assume express post means quick delivery.

Express post has been chosen to be able to track orders, should they go astray, for efficiency of packing and calculating of postage.

Postage for example :
A5 under 500 gms is $ 5
A4 under 500 gms is $ 7
C4+ between 500gms and3 kgs is $ 13

Every effort will be made to supply orders by the 'Date Required By' when the customer has supplied a date. Therefore orders placed after 12 noon Tuesday may not be delivered by the weekend of that week. Customers will be notified of the ACCN's inability to supply any items in the order, within two working days of placement of the order.

Australian Celebrants & Celebrations Network (ACCN) Overseas Orders & Delivery

Overseas customers are advised to contact us via the "Contact Us" section on the ACCN Shop's menu bar bottom left hand side, providing:

* nature of the order wishing to be placed
* required delivery time frame, and
* shipping address, if different to that provided in the Contact Us form.

The ACCN Shop will then advise within 5 working days the ACCN's ability to supply the goods and/ to the particular country, and if so, the fees range applicable to the destination.

Refunds
Damaged or faulty or wrongly supplied goods will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer or money refunded.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchases, are advised to contact the ACCN Shop within seven days if receiving their goods, to discuss replacement or refund options. Every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction within reasonable parameters.

Because the ACCN works on small 'profit' margins' , no refunds are available for cancellation of ACCN memberships prior to the end of membership year, nor directory listings, nor any product so stipulated.

When purchasing from ACCN your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

Australian Celebrants & Celebrations Network (ACCN) Directory Listings: Terms and Conditions

The ACCN accepts listings from celebrants and other people providing celebration related products and services, at the ACCN discretion only.

Free listings, where granted, will be placed in order of submission by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

It is the lister or listing organisation's responsibility to create and ensure their information is up-to-date.

By hosting paid listing of celebrant and celebration related products and services, the ACCN aims to have its website the most visited in Australia for celebrations and thus improve the quality of ceremonies and celebrations enjoyed by the Australian community.

Listings are allocated in order of purchase date and listing type in the category for which they were submitted.
